Withdrawal Instructions

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day of conclusion of the contract.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (JustInVentures GmbH, Pfarrer-Brendel-Platz 7, 97274 Leinach, Germany (place of business Theresienstraße 152, 80333 Munich), email: hello@boosterlounge.com, phone: +49 177 5201612) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email). You may also use the electronic withdrawal function provided on our website or the attached model withdrawal form, although this is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal. We will use the same means of payment you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise; in no case will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement.

If you requested that the services begin during the withdrawal period, you must pay us a reasonable amount corresponding to the proportion of services already provided up to the point at which you notify us of the withdrawal, compared with the full scope of services provided for in the contract.

For a Booster Pack this applies accordingly: if you expressly requested that we begin performance before the withdrawal period expires, you owe a reasonable amount for every session already taken. The basis of assessment is the agreed total price of the pack divided by the number of sessions included.

Early expiry of the right of withdrawal

Your right of withdrawal in respect of a Booster Pack expires early if we have supplied the service in full and only began performance after you gave your express consent and at the same time acknowledged that you lose your right of withdrawal once we have performed the contract in full.

No right of withdrawal

There is no right of withdrawal for the booking of individual appointment-based services (treatments as well as the personal “Find Your Boost” guidance); these are services relating to leisure activities for which a specific date is provided (§ 312g(2) no. 9 BGB).
