When you arrive, a short, effortless check-in at reception is all it takes. You then choose your favourite spot in the lounge at your own pace, whether reclined by the window or tucked into a quiet corner. You decide where you feel most at ease.

Optional health form & green drink
Before we begin, we hand you an optional, confidential health form, with no pressure, purely so our practitioners (Heilpraktiker) and trained staff can tailor your boost to you safely. Alongside it, our team serves your fresh green welcome drink on a tray, with a warm towel, a small touch that feels like first class.

Your boost in calm surroundings
Now your boost begins: your infusion is set by our practitioners (Heilpraktiker) and trained staff and kept an eye on throughout. You lean back into a relaxed atmosphere, deliberately not clinical, with soft, quiet beats in the background that never overpower. We check in on you regularly to make sure all is well, and we're glad to keep you company if you feel like it, or simply leave you to your calm.

Drinks of your choice, anytime
Throughout your boost, every drink is yours to choose: still or sparkling water, a wide selection of teas, coffee, a fresh green drink or apple juice. Just ask, and we'll bring whatever you fancy, as often as you like.

To finish, our practitioners (Heilpraktiker) and trained staff gently and carefully remove your infusion. Check-out is as smooth as your welcome, completely unhurried, so you head back into your day relaxed, recharged and at your own pace.
